Description
The series records, for each municipal office observed, the acknowledgement interval, fulfilment rate, extent of partial production, and rate of denial for public records requests, compiled by office and reporting period. Municipal practice differs widely in both procedure and record-keeping; the series presents these observations under a common set of fields.
Records are held in a consistent, documented form. Each release is accompanied by field definitions and notes on coverage for the period.
