Nothing on the website constitutes an offer of access to the archive. The reports and licensed data sets described here are supplied only under written arrangement with the office, and each such arrangement states the permitted use, the period of supply, and the terms of payment. Where these terms and a written licence differ, the licence governs.
Intellectual Property
The text of the website, the compilation of the archive, and the reports and data sets produced from it are the property of Civic Source Lab. Underlying public records remain public; what the office claims is its selection, arrangement, and structured presentation of them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the office accepts no liability for loss arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its contents. Liability in connection with any report or data set is addressed in the licence under which it is supplied.
Governing Law and Revisions
