Description
The compilation records, for each state, the building code in force, the model code from which it derives where applicable, state amendments, and the dates of adoption and amendment, together with the scope of state pre-emption over local codes where established. Provisions are indexed to a common structure so that corresponding requirements may be located across states.
The compilation is maintained as statutes and administrative rules are adopted and amended, and each release notes the jurisdictions revised since the prior release.
